Calm.
The cup you make when you sit down.
Not an evening category and not a morning one. This is the pot you put on after a big meal, in the flat part of the afternoon, or when you want ten minutes that aren’t about anything.

What goes in the pot
These single ingredients are naturally caffeine-free. Blends can include tea leaf, so read the full ingredient list and caffeine statement. Choose the aroma and flavour you want in your cup.
Peppermint
Sharp, cooling and bracingly clean. The standard European choice after a heavy plate, and the easiest herbal to like.
Chamomile
The same flower as the Sleep page, with a round, floral and apple-like flavour.
Tulsi
Holy basil — peppery, clove-like and slightly sweet. Grown in courtyards across India and steeped as an everyday household cup.
Lemon verbena
The brightest lemon of any herb here, without sourness. Common after dinner across southern Europe and South America.
Fennel
Sweet and liquorice-like. Chewed as seed or steeped as tea across South Asia for exactly this moment in a meal.
The honest version
A cup can simply be something you enjoy drinking. Pick a flavour you like, follow the packet’s preparation instructions and give yourself somewhere to put the pot. No special outcome is promised.
